I laid out the 30 something parts on a towel and started a gozinta logic assembly. A gozinta B, B gozinta C etc.
Two hours later it is all back togethere and looking like new. I am totally amazed at the lack of wear after 110,000 miles. Bosch/SAAB really improved the unit from the design of the old 9000 units. Several carbon fiber parts where the old stamped steel parts were used and the planetary system appears much stronger now.
I don't recommend the individual do this as it is a fairly complicated assembly process if one takes it down to the individual basic parts. But then there is the satisfaction factor that you licked the sucker!
