For those of you active on another popular SAAB forum, this is a duplicate post of that one. For those active mostly here, check this out:

I had just sprayed the car off and was taking it for a quick drive to dry it off before I detailed it; when I shifted to 2nd gear I put the hammer down a bit, the turbo spooled, the wheels started to spin a bit and then ESP kicked in. About the same time the exhaust sounded like it had a blowout or something, and became 3 times as loud as it's been since I installed it. I immediately went home and jacked the car up to inspect. All bolts are tight and all exhaust joints from the turbo flange to the muffler are just as tight and sealed as I left them after the install. Now I have a terrible drone on the highway, and full throttle is downright absurdly loud. What gives?! I don't see anything different underneath or under the hood. It's weird. I can't stand it this loud; I'm gonna have to take it to an exhaust shop on Monday to get this sorted.

Anybody with a CTI or another 3" exhaust experienced this?
