V6 wagon 68500k miles.

I have an odd noise that lasts for about 45 seconds after starting the cold engine. It kind of a light mechanical clunking/flapping sound with a few squeaks thrown in. The previous owner told me of this noise that occurred after the timing belt/tensioner pulleys were changed. He brought it back to the dealer and was told it was normal after a belt change. I even have a sketch that the local dealer gave him which says the noise is normal. But to me there is no way it can be.

I have owned the car for about 9 mos and it hasn't gone away or gotten any worse.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance. I can provide more info if it helps.
