I just did this on my '02 not long ago. The Belt Tensioner assembly is an assembly because it includes the pulley. I went to the short belt using a Gatorback and used the Wazee small idler (machined from billet aluminum with replaceable bearing). Check postings for the Wazee pulleys if interested. No problems with the short belt by the way (mine's a manual though).
