Bluetooth handsfree for TEL1

I have had my 2005 Aero for 10 days now, and still smiling.
But I have a question about bluetooth handsfree.
The build list for the car says that it has TEL1.
It's Swedish spec, so there's no OnStar.
What do I need to use my SonyEricsson phone handsfree in the car?
Initially, I'd be happy with just the handsfree/radio mute functionality, and hope that the external fin aerial won't be needed (nor the 12v charging).
Is it something I can connect up myself, and/or is it expensive?
Would I be better off waiting until I get sat nav, and choosing one with handsfree built in (although I don't suppose that could mute the radio unless it was tuned to the sat nav's FM transmitter)?
