I would suggest one of those 3M Clear Bra's or "Invisishield" products. I have one on my Aero which covers the front part of the hood. I also added some to the foglights and the backs of the mirror housings. They're made very well and can take a rock at like 65mph without damaging the paint. After it's applied, a few waxes on it will smooth it out and the only thing you'll see is the edge of it.

I've had mine on for 6 years w/o any damage to it. Depending on where you live, they could get costly. I had mine applied in Colorado, and it seems like 1 out of every 3 cars out there has it. The whole job was like $100-$125 or something. I had it done the same time as my tints and this place just had rolls of the material and cut it to size with an exacto knife while applying it.

I've seen places here in CT that have pre-cut kits but they charge up to $600 for it. I swear by it though, it's a great product and looks much better than an actual bra.
