Just a regular check in DO NOT USE 85OCTANE at HIGH ALTITUDE anything above 3000ft in my book.
I know cylinder 4 and 1 on a 2001 9-3 at two diffrent times 4 went at 32,000 miles and 1 went at 34,500 and guess what I got it with 31,000 miles. certified preowned luckily. just wanted to share that with you folks up high enjoy your saab but make sure you use at least 87 octane. or buy a fuel air ratio gauge to see how lean you go when you do not. Whats funny too though is the airmass knock system nothing even noticed a problem till after the piston burned through. Funny though both times I drove it to the house and parked it in the driveway, first time I pulled the plugs to find one shattered the second time I didn't even bother roflmao. still yet the worst of the 6 saabs i have owned the 95 900S v6 will live on as the worst car experience in my life. another day another time goodnight.
