You can't buy direct from the Saab Parts Warehouse. THey only sell to dealers.
What you need is a more accommodating dealer. There are many of them.
One in particular is located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. It used to be called Hyannis Saab, but I can't recall their new name. Look them up on the Saab website & give them a call.
Dealers only stock certain parts, not the whole car. Everything else comes from the warehouse. Standard procedure is probably on the order of 3-5 days. Overnight service is very rare.
Dealers can usually get parts delivered to them overnight using Saab's "V.O.R." process. How each dealer implements that varies. I'm told that Saab charges the dealership one flat fee for one or 100 (or more) parts "VOR'd". So, some dealers (particularly the older dealers) chalk that up to "the cost of doing business" and don't pass it on to individual buyers. Others will charge it on each order, or each part. But that STILL doesn't get it to you. That's another fee.
If Saab only has 4 or 5 of those bolts in the whole country, it is probably a very slow mover, else there's been a run on them recently.
