Saab Thule bars work very well, reasonably priced Posted by IanC [Email] (#139) [Profile/Gallery] (more from IanC) on Thu, 10 Apr 2008 16:06:12 In Reply to: Re: need a box Thule and cross bars, Noel, Thu, 10 Apr 2008 16:06:11 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Having purchased Thule bars and feet for a Pathfinder a few years ago, I was impressed at how well the Saab bars are desired and how reasonably priced they are. Try your dealer (like Patrick above) - I think they may be your best bet for the bars.
Any outdoor shop (REI, EMS, ski places) will have Thule and Yakima boxes. I still have an old Sears X-Cargo that I use when I need more space. PITA to install, but very cheap compared to other options. The newer ones seem nicer.
Good luck!
