Highly recommended; did the swap myself and love it. Had a 9-5 loaner recently and missed the sports wheel immediately.
Replacing the wheel requires a torx driver bit, a (22mm?) deep socket and about 15 minutes. There *is* the issue of properly handling the airbag module, so some DIYers might shy away from the job. I was a little nervous myself at first.
