A little background: Something absolutely destroyed my rear deck window and the glass installer said he had a hard time getting the deck to latch properly when he closed it. I pushed the release button on the driver's door and it was fine for about a week when I couldn't open it after being locked while running errands. A little while later and some driving later, it opened properly. I sprayed the part of the latch on the lid itself with WD40 and closed it, only to be unable to open it again. The central locking noises are all as they ought to be (even checked fuse #11)and I am puzzled. Any ideas? TIA, D
