Don't send it to him! You'd be throwing away your money! I had faith in KMR and I got a pretty rude wakeup call. Lifetime repair? pshaw, after the 2nd time returning it to him he said it was unfixable; gave me a "deal" on a reman unit he had... and that garbage turned into one of the worst SIDs I've ever seen! I've only had my Saab for a year and a half, too! I sent the purchased one back to him, and he wouldn't repair it, said it was past 90 days (when it was actually only 80) and told me that his prices had gone up, I'd have to send him another $50 for him to send me back my SID. Extortion! With the money I've spent, (a lot of it in shipping back and forth half a dozen times!) I should have just bought a new SID from the get-go.
