1) The same week I got my black/black 9-5 I had windows tinted to ~30% (~70% blocked). Limit is ~50% here, but the shop recommended to go stronger - and am glad I did. Very helpful keeping the car cool, looks great, and no problems with it so far. ~$180
2) I recently added a reflective windshield cover custom made for 9-5s, and I can't believe I didn't do it sooner. I used to have to park with my windshield pointed away from the sun. Car is much cooler, and the seat/steering wheel/dash are never hot to the touch anymore. Between the tint and reflector the car is like a tomb. ~$35
3) What next? I've looked at solar window fans, and vented seat covers but see lots of bad reviews about them. I would love true vented seats, but I don't know if it's possible to swap one in. I'll keep searching and post any promising info.
Thanks!
