It may be your water pump that's going.
To check:
1. Let your car idle in the driveway until the SID message comes on.
2 Note the location of the puddle.
If the puddle is towards the inside of the front passenger-side wheel, the water pump is a likely cause. Your indy can confirm this by looking for signs of leakage from the water pump shaft down along the side of the housing. If this is the cause you might consider replacement of the thermostat if it's been a while. Also, if you're close to the 60K or 120K mile mark think about doing the serpentine belt and all of the pulleys at the same time; Saab has gone back to the long belt which requires the third center pulley.
I would carry a gallon of coolant mix until you get this fixed. Running without coolant can lead to some very expensive repairs. Generally, try to avoid driving the car until this problem is resolved
