The throttle body is the same part between the 4-cyl and the V6. It's just mounted in a different position. For the V6 you just loosen the 2 hose clamps on the rubber intake boot that goes into the throttle body. The V6 seems like it would be easier because all the crap that comes out with the cleaner runs out of the throttle body rather than down into the intake manifold.
