9-5 front end vibration

My 2000 9-5 Aero has developed a vibration in what seems to be the drivetrain. It seems to come on between 35-45 mph and is most pronounced when I back off the throttle. It comes back at above 60 mph, but at this point its when on the throttle slightly. I have checked that the rotors are not warped, put on new tires all around, made sure the rims were not bent, and all are properly balanced. Im going to check the halfshafts/inner drivers. Also gonna check the clutch. Really hoping its not a bad tranny. Anyone with input would be appreciated.
