ACC Problem related to disconnecting siren?

A/C on my '99 is blowing warm air and showing ACC 08, and 13 codes.

However, I perfomed a diagnostic test related to blend door issues and the blend door appears to function. The procedure is to alternately select panel and defroster setting for both Low and High temperature settings. I've even varied the temperature from High to Low on the right and left side and vice versa. It seems to work except that the low setting isn't very low.

However, this problem was reported to me shortly after unplugging the alarm siren. Since the ACC system and the alarm system are on the same fuse, could a circuit/or signal to the ACC now be missing now that the module is disconnected?
