oil pan drop& cleaning - rough cost??

i am buying an '01 aero wagon w/ 50K miles. there is the typical small oil leak around the head gasket. so one of the first things on my 2-do list is to have the oil pan dropped and cleaned out. I also want to have the PCV#6 addressed (b/c it has not already been done). maybe that will alleviate the head gasket leak for a while(??).
what should i expect to pay for either job? can I get the PCV part from a dealership and d.i.y.? If not, I will probably have them both done at once. Also - are there any other recommended initial maintenance or service issues that i should consider? I'm assuming the next major service point is not until 60K like the other NG's I've owned. Thanks!
