Only problems I've had have been minor cosmetic issues:
- c-pillar paint had hairline cracks (repainted by dealer under warranty)
- exterior door handles were starting to fade a little (odd since my car has always been garaged day or night)
- ACC developed a high pitched weeee noise... dealer found a leaf in the hvac intake!
- Rough idle... dealer kicked up idle RPM and I cleaned the throttle body. It's still no Lexus, but it's noticeably smoother at idle.
Hit 43,000 miles yesterday... '04 9-5 Arc automatic. Still a tight, great-handling (for FWD), smooth-riding car. Love it and if I get rid of it, it'll be for another (thinking manual wagon this next go-around).
