I would say 2002 and newer that has been properly maintained and used Mobil 1 or equivalent changed every 5K miles or sooner. If earlier than 2004, it should have PCV Mod #6 done and show no signs of head gasket seeping oil. Of course, no blue smoke on start up. Rear tire wear on the inside tread has been a problem for some, look for that.
