Plusses - it's a wagon. Better ride, based on my experience, and with the GM radio no dead SID pixels, more convenient HVAC controls, no PCV issues, no DIC issues, 2006 was the first year of the still-inadequate-but-best recommended oil change interval on 10K with Mobil 1 0W40, and of course it's new.
Neutral: Styling
Negative: greatly inferior leather (your '02 has full leather front seat - cushions, sides and back, back seat, mostly leather, door panel inserts - leather, headrests - leather, shift boot - leather, and all the leather (except maybe the shift boot) is natural, no plastic coated. You can tell when you condition it, the oils disappear and the surface returns to its matt finish after a couple or three days. With the plastic coated leather (maybe it's a varnish or something - the technical term is "corrected leather") when you wipe on conditioner, it stays glossy on the surface until you wipe it off. Other than that, the negative is it's mostly the same car for (you hope) another 12K. Unless you're swapping primarily for the Wagon feature, I'd say hold off for a CPO 10. But that's me. With my '02 Aero Wagon.
