First, the rear rotors are normally good for at least two sets of pads before they need to be replaced. If you haven't got any pulsing, and they're over the minimum stock thickness, you'll be good only doing the pads.
If there's a lot of wear on the inner v. outer pad, check the piston operation. If it's difficult to move you may need to replace the calipers. If you do, you can get rebuilts for not too much. There's also Saturn L-series equivalents.
If, or when you do replace the caliper, make sure you have a proper brake line wrench to remove the line from the caliper. Don't ask how I know.
Also, hold down springs that cradle the pins and the pins for the rear are not very costly. If yours are badly rusted, consider replacing them.
