2001 9-5 Aero. Did the 60K service a few months ago. That in itself was expensive, but hey, gotta do that maintenance stuff. Was originally a CPO, but needed little since end of that warranty 1-1/2 years ago.
Took it in today for an oil change at 65K and to investigate and a suspicious rotational rattling. Here's the verdict:
New rear shocks + alignment
Leaking a bit of oil: retorque head bolts
Oil pressure switch
Fuel injector service
PCV #6 fix
Some other little stuff
-$1500 or so, plus tax. I think maybe the PCV fix should have been done when they CPO'd the car, but apparently it wasn't on the list back then.
Oh well. I saved a bunch by buying that H7 headlight bulb and putting it in myself instead of letting the dealer do it...
I had a new 2008 9-5 as a loaner (3K miles on the car) for the day. Ride is nice enough, (especially comfortable seats) but the interior is full of cheesy plastic chrome and the rear end/tailight treatment is nothing short of ugly. I'll stick with my Aero.
