#3: could be a wheel sensor. Sometimes it can also be an early warning of impending wheel bearing failure. This happens on C900s. Need to see the code it generates to know if it's a wheel sensor data problem (and which one), and then have the mechanic check the wheel bearing, too.
#4: Not sure what you're expecting it to do here. If you put it in drive, it will start to move, unless you hold the service brake or have the e-brake engaged. Now if it's moving with the e-brake engaged, then that needs servicing. At least an adjustment. 900 RPM is normal idle.
#5: move the #2 settings to position #3 and see if it repeats. Not sure what to tell you. THe book says it should be able to be moved with the door open and the car off, but...
If all else fails, reach in, put the key in, turn to "ON" (don't start it), and you should be able to adjust the seat...
If you've got all of these on the books with Saab before the warrantee expires, they should rectify them, regardless of the date.
