P1110 after replacing TB and Turbo

Ok, so I just got done replacing my TB and Turbo (did it myself with the help of this site.) and everything was going well until I got the dreaded CEL. Read the code(s) and it's only one and it's P1110. So with some searching, I noticed that it's the Charge Air Bypass Valve or "hooter" valve. I did notice a yelp about 1 hour after completing this repair.
Is the CABV the same as the turbo bypass valve on the delivery pipe? If not, then where is this?
Also, what else can cause this code? I have a nasty vacuum line on my TB but didn't have replacement hose. It's a small hose that goes from the TB to some module on the firewall to the right of the TB (facing rearward). When removing my TB, this hose broke apart on the stem of the TB. I cut the bad end off, but noticed that it's still in bad shape. Also, when removing the delivery pipe I didn't notice the bracket to hold the delivery pipe close to the engine. So I moved it with some force and heard a "crack". Until now I have not thought much of it because I didn't see anything broken. If I cracked the deliverly pipe, could this also cause a P1110?
Is it bad to drive the vehicle in this condition?
Oh, no leaks so far with the repair job.
I did notice that on deceleration there is a bit of a hicup in the trans. Or so I think it's in the trans. Related?
As always, all help is greatly appreciated.
