Mike is right; the short answer is everything.

Everything you ever replaced on your 9000(s) of high value is a candidate. Consider the mileage on the car; the further below 100K miles the more valuable the items listed will be.

Throttle Body
Fuel Pump
DIC
Catalytic Converter
Alternator
Starter
Muffler
Radio
Windshield wiper with transmission
A/C compressor
Seat assemblies (only if the airbags haven't been set off)
SID
ACC

The word of thumb is high value and easy to remove.
