I'm sniffing around for a replacement 9-5 after mine got bonked. It seems as if I might wind up with Visibility Package weather I want it or not. I back up all the time into my garage (have to) and I'm not one for beeping noises at all. Parking Assist wouldn't be an asset to me. I've had one 9-5 or another since 2001, so I've got a very good sense of where it ends.
Can it be 'turned off' or disconnected by the dealer or maybe with a fuze pulled?
