Would be to buy the banana remote on E-Bay. They seem to be selling for round $20. The programming should not be that expensive--shop around. Any mechanic with a Tech 2 computer can program them. One place around me charges $29 to hook up the scanner. If you have other work done maybe they would do it for free.
If you want the all in one remote you need a bit more patience, but it is really easy. If you just order the all-in-one key blank ($31) from the dealer and wait for it to arrive you will see exactly what you need to do. It is the skeleton of the all-in-one remote and just needs the electronics.
The electronic can be extracted from a used all-in-one key from E-Bay. After your key blank comes from the dealer look on E-Bay for "Saab Key". You will see the same thing that you have at home with the buttons in it. You just open this part up and take out the electronic part and place it in your key blank. Replace the battery while you are at it. Program it and you are all set.
