Assuming you are in a nothing to loose situation, my temptation would be to use a vise or something similar to try to return the two over bent bends to something approaching round again. Especially with the lower problem area in your picture, I suspect it might return to the correct angle. The upper one though is problematic as it appears to be creased and if so you have a good chance of getting cracks when clamping it down, it might be worth a try anyway.

Basically you would put the bulges in the pipe bends against the vise jaws and start squishing.
