There isn't enough clearance to work with a regular torque wrench on that bolt. I think I used simple open-end wrench or box wrench to get the bolt going. I just took a look again and those should fit. You have to reach far down and then pull the wrench up.
I certainly did not take the wheel out.
You did support the engine before starting on the engine mount, I suppose.
