V6 Won't Start

My unit is a 2000 9-5 SE 3.0L v6 wagon with 145K miles. Car wouldn't start earlier today (battery weak) so I jumped it and drove it home (approximately 10 miles). I re-started it in the driveway to see if the engine would start. The engine started and ran rough and eventually stalled out. Then the engine cranked and did not start.
I remove the battery and had it load tested. The battery was determined to be defective and was replaced under warranty by Advance. The car cranks like a mother now but still does not start. Acts as if it is out of fuel. It may have popped a time or two.
I pulled the DI's and removed the plugs. Plugs were not wet. Neither DI showed signs of leakage or smelled burnt to me. I have smelled them when the are burnt and it's quite noticable. Both DI's have been replaced and are not the original equipment.
I think that I hear the fuel pump running. Fuse #19 is not blown.
CPS was replaced at about 80K miles. When the sensor failed, the car would not run when the engine was hot but would start and run after cooling down. Today's issue is not behaving the same way.
Hooked up the code scanned and there are no stored codes.
So here are the clues. What do I need to check next? Any help would be greatly appropriated.
Todd
