To check for spark you could do the following:
- Take out the DI and put it upside down on top of the engine. Re-connect the wiring harness
- Take out the plugs and put them into the DI, so 'upside down'. cover the cylinder holes with a rag or something similar. Connect each of the plugs to ground by a wire from the plug thread to a ground point on your car. On the 9k we used the engine hoist eye for that.
- Turn the car over and check for spark.
Fuel air and spark is what you need. But in the meantime just check if some funny chap did block your exhaust pipe :-)
I agree the TB would be a likely culprit as well, but if it is hooked up correctly even a Limp home condition would allow it to start the car with the accelerator slightly pressed down.
