Throttle body replaced and still getting CEL and codes

I have a Y2000 9-5 Aero with 130K miles. Last week was it throwing out P1230 and P1231 as codes and would only run for a few minutes before shutting down. Okay, replace T/B with a BBA Reman rebuilt unit. It now runs okay for the short-term, but about every two days I get P1231, P1251, P1260. Before I start tearing into the engine, I'm wondering if I have a bad reconditioned T/B. I clear the codes, and the car runs fine again and it does not seem to go into Limp mode.
I wonder if anyone can advise.
Thanks,
Nigel near Boston
