A Saab is NOT your father's Oldsmobile. A 2002 Saab gets you into serious DIY country immediately. Oil Pressure Switch is DIY. Serpentine Belt and pulleys are DIY. Window and door seals are DIY. You need to approach most maintenance jobs on a DIY basis and save the really difficult ones for an indy who earns your trust. The list of jobs and attached prices that you have shown the list clearly demonstrates that your current indy is other than trustworthy. Find one who is and work with him. Make the maintenance tasks as collaborative as you possibly can. Buy him all the coffee and doughnuts/swedish meatballs/dried fish/whatever that will keep him happy.
Best of luck to you.
