Non-SAAB wheels - straight but shake - hub-centered

Hi,
I have a set of non-SAAB OEM 16 inch wheels with the proper bolt pattern, they are straight and well balanced I am told. (My winter wheels for my '04 Aero) However, they shake. Apparently, as they are hub-centered and aren't OEM, there is a tiny bit of play there which creates this vibration, which is REALLY anoying at anything over 65 MPH. Is there anything I can do for this? Anyone else have this issue?
Thanks!
Matt
