been their!2x in the last month, now I don't use the E-brake if it is below 32 degrees. on my 01 it is the cable that is frozen not the brake, so both times I was able to reach under the car and grab the cable right in front of the tire and Yank a few times and pull it free! the last time i was 45 minutes from home got in the car to go and stuck the rear tires would not move at all except in reverse! it took several yanks but got it free so now i don't use it!!
