Last week I had your exact problem at NTB, 2000SE w/ 17"x7" stock 04/05 Aero Evo wheels-std chassis...dropped car with specific instructions to align to converted WIS printout specs which I provided. I signed a workorder with converted WIS specs printed on it, along with instuctions to align to "factory" numbers.
The NTB "alignment guy" programed my car with std chassis-17" wheels into his new Hunter and proceeded to adjust all the "red" toe-in numbers to "green" which doubled WIS figures then circled the red -1.3 deg rear camber noting them to be "very bad" and non-adjustable(thank God I didn't leave my spacers). He did check ride heights, but for left side only. The only right thing they did was store my car inside for two days until PU.
I called my Central PA Saab dealer tech and reviewed NTB's "final adjustments"...he told me to return the car for proper(WIS) alignment if I wanted to get more than 10,000 miles out of my new Pilot Sports, which I did and they re-adjusted.
Your alignment shop can manually input any number they want to...the question is will they? It may help if you provide a WIS printout even if you have to hand write-out the mm conversions. Good Luck.
