Borrow a Roof Rake if you don't own one yourself. Gently slide it under the car, then use the broad blade to "hoe out" the snow your car's bottom side is dragging against.
A regular garden hoe could do the same thing although much slower. Or zip tye a board/strip of metal onto the tines of a garden rake to pull the snow out from under the car.
