I'd like to measure the outputs of the ABS controller, especially Pin 23 which carries the wheel speed signal to the speedo. It looks like it can be measured at Pin 16 on H43-1 or Pin 10 on the main instrument unit.

I've looked and looked and can't find instructions on getting to H43-1. It just says located "under the A Piller". Do I have to remove the Dash to get to it?

Also, it appears that this is the only source for speed signal to the speedo. Am I reading this right? It says the LR sensor is the source for the speedo and that the RF sensor signal goes to the ECU. It doesn't look like the RF signal is sent from the ECU to the speedo. Am I reading that right?

It looks to me as though if the speedo is not workging that I either am not getting output from PIN 23 on the ABS controller or that I have a short somewhere between the Controller and H43-1 or between H43-1 and the Speedo. Is that logic correct?
