All oil carbonizes (burns). Synthetic oil resists this process better than does dino oil. Ergo, dino oil wears out faster than synthetic.

"Loading with insolubles" is another way of saying "gets dirty" from picking up crud from around the engine. Happens at whatever rate it happens, regardless of oil, it's true. But consider: carbonized oil is part of this "insoluble" muck, and therefore you'll have more of it in dino oil sooner than in synthetic. Probably academic if you're stretching from 3000 to say 5000 intervals, but still.

And synthetics have, for just one example, a higher shear resistance, do not carbonize as fast, and remain closer to their original spec for a longer period of time. This is why they've gained such universal praise and a growing list of automakers specify their use.

I've seen dissected turbos with nothing but solid coke in their passages, and we well know on this board the implications of less-than-religious attention to oil maintenance. A synthetic oil, even when very old, is MUCH more resistant to coking.

I can't help noticing that you're a newcomer here, with posts going back only to a few days ago. Perhaps a little time spent familiarizing yourself with the 9-5 maladies we all learn to fear will go farther in explaining our extreme oil paranoia here.
