Hi, yesterday morning in 3 degree weather, I turned on my front wipers. They made it slowly to half way and died. They were stuck in the middle of the windshield. Now they don't work at all. The washer does not work also. The rear wiper still functions. I checked the 30 amp fuse, it looks good. Would the motor dying cause the washer not to work also? Could the relay in the engine compartment be faulty? Any help witht his would be appreciated.
