The real question is what your lessor will do that could cost you money when you turn the car in 11 months from now.
Approach the lessor now to see if you can get an idea. Some allowance is made for normal wear and tear. Your lessor may have someone they can recommend that does work to their satisfaction.
One of the posts suggests a DIY approach that requires elbow grease primarily, with little cash outlay.
I used Viking Wheels in Wilmington, DE to have a bady rashed BBS wheel refinished; it came out as good as new....for $150.
In conclusion...talk to your lessor to determine your best approach; sooner gives you the leverage of time
