Not sure if you replaced all rotors or just fronts. My 2000 Aero brakes were fine when I decided to change them this past summer. The dust from the Saab pads was driving me nuts. I ordered Akebono pads for the front and rear. I had the rotors turned down (I've never had a problem with turned rotors in the past), all of a sudden it had a vibration like you're describing. I couldn't figure out what it was. Reluctantly, I ordered 4 plain Zimmerman rotors from Eeuroparts and it's been braking perfect ever since. After thousands of miles, I can still see the original turing lines in the rotors. I'm amazed how well this combination is working/lasting. I've never had rotors stay in like new cond. for this long (no rust!!). My suggestion, if you only had the front rotors replaced, try the rears.
