Strange Headlamp Issue on 03 Aero

As you know, the 03 Aero came with Xenon headlamps and daytime running lights. The daytime running lights are basically the full headlamps, just without fog lights and full-time brights. My daytime lamps work fine, but when I turn the headlamp switch fully to the right (night driving) my passenger side lamp will flicker on and off after just a minute or two, finally staying off. If I turn the car off, restart and switch back to daytime running lights there is no problem with this lamp. Could this be a headlamp switch or a relay problem?
