Sounds like it is your P6's. I bought a 2005 9-5 which came with a brand new set of P6's. Within 7500 miles, regardless of where I rotated them, I developed whoo whum whoo, thumping, even a high pitched sound at 55, basically every sort of annoying speed sensitive tire sounds you can imagine. I brought the car to my Saab dealer several times convinced I had a bad wheel bearing or inner driver. I finally had a service manager offer to give me a good deal on some different tires. I ended up putting 30K on the P6's and noises never got better. They actually wore very well, I just could not take the noises any more. I just put some Goodyear Comfort treads on the 9-5 and it feels and sounds like I am driving a Sedan DeVille now. Smooth and quiet.
