I have an 04 Aero Wagon and at 45,000 miles I installed new Bilstiens.
I measured 23.5 from arch in fender to the 6'oclock position on the rim, after installing new Bilsteins.
So subtract 8.5" to get to the center of my wheel I would get about 15"
Before shock install it was 22.5 +/-. The drivers side sat lower than the passenger side on my car. now both are even. I would recomend the Bilstiens with stock springs.
