sounds like its time for a new ignition lock cylinder. It has to be speacial ordered with the key code.
I've tried cleaning a lubing the cylinders with graphite lock cylinder spray and they may work for a short time and then have the problem return.
I think the cylinder cost around $50. Its not to hard to replace. You remove to immobilizer antenna from around the cylinder by turning it anti-clockwise about 15degrees and lifting it straight up. Then with the key in the ignition, turn the key to the first position. On the side of the lock cylinder housing is a slot. I've used a piece of a wire coat hanger cut to about 6" and bent one end at about 1". Insert the coat hanger into the slot to depress the release button on the lock cylinder. At the same time lift up on the key to remove the cylinder.
