My 2006 Sport seems to be solid and aging well. Haven't noticed and rattles or creaks. Only issue was the driver's interior door pull acted up but that has been fixed. Alignment has never really seemed perfect either; although generally not noticeable I want to take another crack at getting sorted out.
Fan speed should really depend on interior/exterior temperature/conditions. Some times it is low and sometimes high. It is what it is pretty much (not as adjustable for startup settings as the older cars) and I find myself reaching to turn down the fan speed when too much especially in summer since I seldom use the AC at all.
If you put any credence into consumer reports the 2006s (and presumably beyond) have been the most reliable 9-5s going. Really very well rated; long haul only time will tell.
No ventilated seats so I can't say about those.
