This issue should be unrelated to your turbo. What happened is that your TB went into limp home. this will trip the CEL and TCS simultaneously. You need to reset it and have the codes cleared, if it comes back you will need a new TB or a remanufatured one.
Below is a link to a Swedecar post with the procedure.
Some oil in the air inlet hose is normal BTW.
