2000 SE V6 water pump replacement DIY?

Hi,
I've searched the archives, but I can't seem to find anything: is replacing the water pump on a 2000 9-5 SE (V6) a do it yourself job? While I'm at it, I also need to replace the drive belt & drive pulley assembly (NOT the timing belt or pulley assembly for the timing belt), that was done at 60,000).
To get at the water pump, do I need to gain access to the timing belt? If so, can I leave the belt unperturbed? Or do I need to take it off, too?
Are there any instructions that someone can provide or point me to for both the drive belt replacement & the water pump replacement (again, this is a V6).
Thanks,
Tony
